NIFC 415 and 100 Projects Industry Day Invite

Purpose: This Industry Day invitation is issued solely for market research to help refine the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) complex requirements. Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. The objective of this notice is to identify interested businesses and assess their capabilities.
Information gathered will support the development of an acquisition strategy and finalizing documents.
Industry Engagement for Industry Day: This Industry Day is designed to serve as a key component of our market research and to strengthen collaboration between government and industry. Rather than limiting participation to passive observation, the event will feature interactive sessions intended to provide mutual value. Vendors will be encouraged to identify and communicate any differing site conditions to ensure alignment with government requirements.
The event will also offer opportunities for vendors to ask clarifying questions regarding the complex specifications either in group discussions or one-on-one sessions. Engagement with end users and facility managers will further enhance understanding of operational needs, promote transparency, and improve the quality of the end product.
Additional Information: Draft specifications and drawings that are included as attachments for this industry day. They are for review and comment only. Feedback received may be used to make corrections, revisions, or other requirement changes as appropriate. All comments will be considered public information, and the government reserves the right to use any information provided without restriction.
Cost Reimbursement: Participation in this announcement is entirely voluntary. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with submitting information or responding to follow-up requests.
