About this file
This is an Industrial Lift Truck Specifications document prepared by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife for The Dalles Screen Shop Lift Truck Purchase. The solicitation seeks quotes for the procurement of a lift truck with specifications detailed in the accompanying documentation. This is an intermediate procurement conducted under OAR 125-047-0270, which means the agency will not be accepting protests. The resulting award will be issued as a Purchase Order that will incorporate state and federal terms and conditions as outlined in the mandatory bid proposal form.
The specifications document establishes the technical requirements and performance standards that bidding vendors must meet for the lift truck to be procured. Interested vendors should review the detailed specifications in conjunction with the Mandatory Bid Proposal Form to understand all submission requirements and evaluation criteria. Pricing, delivery timelines, and contract terms will be governed by the Purchase Order document that follows vendor selection based on quote responsiveness to the stated specifications and bid requirements.
