Independent People may utilize subcontractors to fulfill some contractual requirements with proper disclosure and reporting of direct labor. The work must be performed in accordance with industry standards and OSHA requirements. A 30-day protest period following the posting date allows interested parties to challenge the suitability determination by demonstrating adverse competitive effects or failure to meet established criteria.
