About this file
This Request for Information (RFI) from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) seeks a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution for a final quality control process for geospatial products, with specific requirements for image manipulation, batch processing, and workflow management. The solution must handle complex file operations including file type conversions, color modifications, metadata generation, barcode/QR code integration, and project tracking across Windows-based or cloud applications. Key capabilities include processing files up to 10 gigabytes, rasterizing GIS files, modifying text and colors, and creating comprehensive project management dashboards.
The RFI is structured for potential vendors to provide detailed responses by 5:00 pm ET on May 23, 2025, with a potential contract start date no later than April 2026. The government is open to partial solution submissions that can ultimately meet all requirements. Respondents must be U.S.-owned entities, and while an unclassified project, a TS/SCI security clearance is desired but not mandatory. The solicitation encourages responses from various small business categories, including service-disabled, woman-owned, and HUBZone businesses, with a 10-page maximum response limit detailing company capabilities, experience, and recommendations.
