STATEMENT OF WORK

(SOW)

Seneca Lake Vessel Vanguard Implementation

PID N66604-23-SIMACQ-NPT-70-0078

1.0 Background

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Ranges, Engineering, and Analysis Department (Code 70) provides a full spectrum of technical and engineering services and resources for both internal NUWCDIVNPT customers as well as external U.S.

Government, Foreign and industry customers. In support of its research, development, test and evaluation mission, Code 70 operates a unique technical test and evaluation Seneca Lake Sonar Test Facility (Seneca) in Dresden, NY. This requirement is to implement a software tracking system for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements for the Government testing and operations equipment at Seneca.

1.1 Place of Performance

This tasking will be performed at the Seneca Lake Sonar Test Facility in Dresden, NY and at the Contractor’s facility.

1.2 Authorized Users & Sponsors

NUWCDIVNPT Code 70 will be the sole authorized user and sponsor of this purchase order.

1.3 Types of Funding

This purchase order will be funded using Service Cost Center (SCC) funds.

2.0 Scope

The contractor shall implement the Vessel Vanguard software system to generate a tracking system for required maintenance of Government owned equipment at Seneca. The contractor shall include regular and recurring maintenance requirements for each piece of equipment, as well as a method to track unscheduled maintenance events.

3.0 Applicable Documents

Not applicable.

4.0 Technical Requirements

The contractor shall review the list of Government owned equipment for Seneca, provided as GFI. The equipment list is broken into three groups (A, B, and C) based on priority for completion of this tasking. The contractor shall research original equipment manufacturer (OEM) maintenance requirements for each item and populate regular maintenance requirements

The contractor shall also research applicable state and federal requirements which supersede the OEM maintenance requirements and populate the information in to the Vessel Vanguard software. In performing this task, the contractor shall perform an on-site review of the Government owned equipment to identify the recent maintenance information to use in populating the information in the Vessel Vanguard software.

The contractor shall deliver Vessel Vanguard software records for the Government owned equipment.
