Data Item A001 is a Technical Report – Study/Services (Receipt Inspection Report) required upon receipt of damaged shipping containers or equipment, with submission within 7 days of receipt. The report must include photographic documentation of all damage and be submitted to the NUWCDIVNPT TPOC (Code 7013). Data Item A002 is an Acceptance Test Report (ATR)/Certificate of Calibration required for each piece of equipment calibrated, enclosed with shipped equipment and stored in the Keysight Support Portal (Infoline). Data Item A003 is a Calibration Certificate (Calibration Measurement Report) required for each calibrated/repaired piece of equipment, with point-by-point measurement uncertainty, Test Uncertainty Ratio (TUR) of ≥4:1 or Probability of False Acceptance (PFA) of ≤2%, also managed through the Keysight Support Portal. Data Item A004 is a Government Property (GP) Inventory Report required as-requested within 10 days upon Government request, submitted to the GFP Accountability Mailbox and the TPOC. All deliverables are classified as Distribution Statement D, restricted to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only, with export restrictions under the Arms Export Control Act and Export Control Reform Act of 2018.
