Mashpee Wampanoag Service Unit (MWSU) Questions and Answers/Response
1. Is there a price schedule? Should prices be per storm event, hourly, or a fixed price for the season - and is there an estimated number of storm events per year we should price against?
Answer/Response: The government requires all-inclusive hourly rates. Pricing must be submitted as hourly and all inclusive, starting immediately upon the contractor’s arrival at the Mashpee Clinic Service Unit. Seasonal flat rates or per-storm pricing schedules will not be accepted.

Answer/Response: Yes, a site map/plan is available. The physical area includes approximately 300 linear feet of front and back sidewalks/ramps combined.
3. Which wage determination applies? The Service Contract Act clause is listed but no wage determination is attached.
Answer/Response: The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is S218 (Housekeeping - Snow Removal/Salt) and the NAICS Code is 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings). 5. What is the size of the area to be serviced? The Statement of Work (SOW) covers all parking lots, access roads, sidewalks, walkways, ramps, and entrances for the three units on the grounds, but it does not state lot acreage, parking dimensions or space counts, or sidewalk footage.
mailto:Ratonya.Harris@hhs.gov https://sam.gov/
