About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Indian Health Service, a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, for market research on ScriptPro pharmacy automation maintenance and support services. The RFI does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to contract; rather, it seeks to determine the availability and technical capability of Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Enterprises (ISBEE) to provide these services, and to assess whether a small business set-aside is feasible.
The Indian Health Service requires continued maintenance, support, and modernization of ScriptPro pharmacy automation systems at Gallup Indian Medical Center and Tohatchi Health Center. Required services include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, safety inspections, and system software updates for existing equipment. Additionally, vendors must be capable of upgrading pharmacy automation robotic systems, servers, and associated client devices to Windows 11-compatible operating systems and supported server infrastructure. The upgrade scope encompasses BIOS updates, processor and memory upgrades, solid-state drive installations, on-site or remote installation and configuration, system validation and testing, security controls implementation (endpoint protection, firewall management, encryption, access controls), and decommissioning of obsolete components. Responses must be submitted no later than May 8, 2026, at 9:30 AM Eastern Time to Contract Specialist Darnell Harkless at Darnell.Harkless@hhs.gov. Submissions are limited to 10 single-spaced pages and must include a cover page with contact information, socioeconomic status, UEI number, existing federal contract vehicles, and a focused response addressing the services outlined in Section 3.
