About this file
This Request for Information (RFI) from the Indian Health Service (IHS) seeks clarification on a preventive maintenance (PM) project for medical device mounting hardware at Whiteriver Indian Hospital and Cibecue Health Center. The scope is confirmed as hardware-only work, involving mechanical adjustments and cable management for 26 Ergotron WOWs, 8 Proximity wall mounts, and 21 ICW mounts, with specific device models including Rubbermaid M38s, ICW MD 18.21, and Ergotron LX.
Key details include a single annual visit per device, with no software updates or after-hours requirements. Reporting will be to the Contacting Officer Representative (COR), using a format including serial/asset tagging, photos, and a pass/fail checklist. If worn or broken parts are identified, the contractor should provide a separate time and materials estimate, including potential total replacement costs. Site access will involve temporary badging, and the client is willing to provide additional photos to help describe the work requirements. The RFI is dated 09/03/2025 and is identified by the reference number IHS1516900.
