About this file

This document is an Indian Health Service (IHS) Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form. It outlines the requirements for a contractor to self-certify as an IEE in order to be eligible for a set-aside contract under the Buy Indian Act authority. The form must be completed at the time of offer, at contract award, and throughout contract performance. It requires the offeror to provide information on the 51% Indian ownership of the firm, the name of the federally recognized tribal entity, the DUNS number, and a certification that the firm meets the IEE definition.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation (246-25-Q-0008) for a 100% IEE set-aside to furnish and install a water service line in Pawhuska, OK. The estimated price range is less than $25,000, and the period of performance is 60 calendar days. Quotes are due by November 25, 2024 and will be evaluated on price and technical acceptability, with award going to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
