About this file

This is a pricing submittal template for an informal quotation solicitation issued by the City of Austin Purchasing Office for guard filters for LM6000 units under IFQ 1100 AGM1026. The solicitation requests quotes for guard filters with plastic frames (Stock No. 23559, Part No. 3084308-001 by American Air Filtration International) to be delivered to Austin Energy's Sand Hill Energy Center at 1101 Fallwell Lane, Del Valle, Texas 78617. The estimated quantity is 160 units, with lead time identified as an important evaluation factor. Quotes are due September 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and should be submitted to Procurement Specialist Ahide Garcia at Ahide.Garcia@AustinTexas.gov. Award will be made to the lowest responsive offer meeting specified qualifications.

All pricing must be submitted on a firm, fixed-price basis with FOB Destination terms, prepaid freight, and delivery charges included in the unit price. Offerors may not separately charge for administrative costs, overhead, per diem, shipping, or transportation expenses. Unit prices should not exceed four decimal places. The City follows a two-stage solicitation approach, initially distributing to State of Texas certified small business enterprises (SBEs) and minority/women-owned business enterprises (M/WBEs), with subsequent online posting to all registered vendors if adequate quotes are not received from preferred vendors. Offerors must provide signed certifications confirming non-discrimination compliance, wage theft compliance, non-debarment status, and Lone Star Infrastructure Protection Act (LSIPA) compliance if applicable. Payment terms are net thirty days from receipt of properly documented invoices upon delivery to the City's satisfaction.
