About this file

This addendum document, issued by the State of Texas on September 15, 2026, modifies the original Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) 1100 for disk stack equipment. The addendum extends the quotation due date from September 22, 2026 to September 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Offerors are required to acknowledge and return the signed addendum with their quotation response; failure to do so will result in rejection of the submission. The scope of work encompasses disk stack equipment with specified technical specifications and performance standards as detailed in the original IFQ documentation.

Quotations must include all costs for materials, labor, and delivery to qualify for award consideration. Offerors must submit comprehensive quotations by the established deadline. The contract term and renewal options are contingent upon award and will be negotiated between the State of Texas and the selected vendor. The IFQ may contain set-aside provisions for small businesses or other designated vendor categories in accordance with Texas procurement regulations. All submissions must comply with state procurement standards and contract administration procedures as outlined in the complete IFQ documentation.
