SCS, FCC Terre Haute COR, FCC Terre Haute Facility Manager, FCC Terre Haute Regional Facilities Administrator, NCRO mailto:dpatton@bop.gov l . Downtime - The question was addressed if there was any limits to downtime of the tank and addressed by Nathan Vandiver Facility Manager. In the summer we have a little flexibility with regard to downtime, but very limited in the wintertime if this proceeds to that time frame. The switch over is to be as quick as possible to maintain orderly running of the facility.

2. Electricity - Are we to use existing electrical hook ups and are there any changes to be made electrically? This question was addressed by Joe Parr General Foreman . Yes, you are to use existing hookup and this will basically just be a switch out of the existing tank and tie in of new tank to the existing electricity that is already in place.

3. Pump hour meters -The next question was in regard to whether we need pump hour meters installed . This question was addressed by Joe Par. Yes, we want hour meters placed on the system so that we can check it diagnostically. This further clarifies the pump specifics not listed and is the industry norm.

4. Tie in for temporary DA Tank - The question was posed about a tie in for temporary DA tank. Joe Parr answered . Yes. A temporary Tie in is required and that it would be the responsibility of the contractor as stated in the statement of work.

5. The question was posed as to what tray style system we were requesting. Joe Parr stated that Yes, this is a tray style system. We are requesting a counter flow tray style system and that the tank provide a quality of feed water less than 30 parts per billion of dissolved oxygen. This is considered the industry norm.

6. There was a question posed about a vent valve vs. a fixed orifice. Joe Parr answered that in the drawing it is a valve not a fixed orifice.

7. Question was posed about chemical injection points. Joe Parr answered that chemical injection points will be on both ends below the water line as per drawings.

8. Question was posed about installing a sample cooler. Joe Parr stated that this is not in the statement of work but is the industry norm and would like to see it on the discharge of the DA.
