The invitation for bid encompasses polyurethane grouting services that include drilling, placement of plugs, and grouting of pipe ends for void filling to prevent material loss and settlement for structure repairs. The work involves treating a 69-inch inner diameter, 72.5-inch outer diameter Hobas slipline pipe that is already in place. Bids were due on May 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the work, including providing ETCO plugs (available through Etco Specialty Products at 620-724-6463 or Pomona Pipe at 336-255-2655). The contractor must apply 4000 PSI grout to seal the pipe ends upon completion. No construction plans or detailed pipe specifications beyond the pipe dimensions and material type are available to bidders. The document addresses fundamental scope questions regarding contractor responsibilities and material sourcing but does not contain pricing information, contract terms, or award details.
