About this file
This is Addendum 1 to Invitation for Bid (IFB) #ST249021 issued by the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) for South STAR Pharmacy Services. The addendum replaces Exhibit B - Budget Detail and Payment Provisions in its entirety, providing updated terms for the pharmacy services contract.
The revised payment provisions establish that the contractor will be paid monthly in arrears based on approved progress reports and invoicing. The contractor must submit Exhibit B - Attachment 2 Wholesale Worksheet with invoices for new medications, documenting wholesale costs plus markup for house stock/supply, brand medications, generic medications, and over-the-counter medications. Payments follow the California Prompt Payment Act, and invoices must be submitted electronically to HQTrustOffice@dds.ca.gov. The agreement includes a budget contingency clause allowing termination if sufficient funds are not appropriated, and any budget line item changes exceeding 10% or $10,000 require formal amendment and DGS approval.
