About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services Office of State Procurement (OSP) on behalf of the Arkansas Division of Corrections (ADC) to obtain pricing and a contract for corrugated boxes and lids. The IFB requests proposals for USDA-approved corrugated boxes and lids in specific sizes and specifications, with an estimated minimum order quantity of 25,000 per item. Bids are due by February 21, 2023, and the anticipated contract start date is April 1, 2023, with the potential for up to six one-year renewal terms. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on an all-or-none basis.
The IFB outlines detailed technical requirements for the boxes and lids, including size, materials, and performance specifications. It also provides information on delivery, including a 15-working day delivery timeframe, FOB destination to the ADC Cummins Farm Operation in Grady, Arkansas. Pricing must include all associated costs, and the State will not be obligated to pay any costs not identified on the Official Bid Price Sheet. The contract includes a price escalation clause, allowing for price increases at the time of contract renewal.
