About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) offer form submitted to the State of Illinois for a snow removal contract (D0200) in Dixon. The document serves as the bidder's formal submission in response to the solicitation, requiring completion of all mandatory documentation as outlined in Section A.1 of the solicitation to avoid disqualification. The form does not contain specific details regarding quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder conference information, as these elements are referenced as being contained in the main solicitation document rather than in this offer form itself.
The form provides bidders the opportunity to claim applicable preferences under the Illinois Procurement Code, including the Illinois Business Preference and Domestic Product Preference, with bidders required to submit supporting affidavits or documentation as appropriate. Bidders may also take exceptions to the Standard Terms and Conditions by submitting a redline version with their offer, subject to State acceptance or rejection. The document indicates that Standard Terms and Conditions are available on the Illinois Procurement Office website and will become part of any resulting contract. Pricing, specific funding amounts, and other contract-specific terms are not detailed within this offer form but are established through the main solicitation and negotiation process.
