About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Offer form submitted to the State of Illinois for the procurement of Metal Round Yellow Sign Posts for Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) District 1 under solicitation FY27 D1 Metal Round Sign Posts (B-54233). The document serves as the formal bid submission vehicle through which vendors offer products and services in compliance with the state's solicitation requirements. The form requires bidders to confirm completion of all required documents as outlined in solicitation section A.1, with failure to meet requirements resulting in automatic disqualification.
The IFB form provides bidders the opportunity to claim applicable Illinois Procurement Code preferences, including the Illinois Business Preference and Domestic Product Preference, each requiring specific supporting documentation or designation at the line-item level. Bidders may also submit exceptions to the Standard Terms and Conditions through a redlined version of those terms, which the State may accept or reject at its discretion. The Standard Terms and Conditions applicable to any resulting contract are available through the Illinois Procurement Office website. By executing this bid form, the authorized bidder representative commits to performing in full compliance with the solicitation requirements, and the State of Illinois retains the right to accept the bid as submitted.
