This order will show quantities to be purchased and estimated pricing for the week. Note: The Premium Service Charge quoted on the Contract Price Sheet shall remain fixed for the duration of the agreement, while the other factors of the unit price will fluctuate with the market prices.

The Base Price will fluctuate according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) California Marketing Area Federal Milk Order 51 monthly standard price for Class I butterfat and skim milk. Invoicing Requirements The Contractor is to render invoices as instructed on individual orders. Invoices shall include the purchase order number, the contract number, the item number, the unit price (base price plus premium surcharge), and the extension price. With each invoice, the Contractor shall submit a copy of the applicable portion of the most recent USDA California Marketing Area Federal Milk Order pricing to substantiate the invoiced prices. Invoices submitted without the attached report will be held until the applicable report is provided.

Freight on Board (F.O.B.) Point For the purpose of this bid, only bids quoting F.O.B. Destination (freight prepaid by the vendor to the ordering facility’s receiving point) will be accepted. Bids quoting other than F.O.B.

After that, CALPIA will transport back outside the secure perimeter and make available for vendor pickup beginning at 0400 and coinciding with the following day’s deliveries. Any single failure to deliver in a timely manner may be considered a material breach of this contract by the Contractor.

A Farm Pick-Up Ticket for Bulk Grade “A” Raw Milk and corresponding Weight Tag must be included for each tanker of bulk raw milk delivered.
