CONTRACT PRICE SHEET

The estimated quantities indicated below will be used solely for computing the cost as a fair and equitable formula and are not binding upon the contracting agency. However, the actual costs quoted by the bidder shall be binding for the term of the Agreement.

In case of discrepancy between the unit price and the total set forth for a unit basis item, the unit price shall prevail.

Note: The base price per pound listed on the cost sheet is for bid purposes only. It is used to calculate the extended bid prices for comparison. Once the contract is awarded, base price (low side of full load frozen if range is given) will be from the Urner Barry’s “West Coast Egg Market, West Coast Egg Products, frozen-truckload 20,000+, whole, no color” on the Thursday preceding the date on which the delivery is to occur. The weekly base price will be added to the differential amount you quote below to determine the invoice price on each order.

To calculate the bid unit price for each item, add the base price to the differential amount to determine the bid unit price for each line item. Multiply the unit price by the estimated quantity to determine the extension price for each line item.
