About this file

This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number C5612148-D issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for Chaplaincy Critical Incident Stress and Post-Trauma Stress Crisis services. The Addendum reflects changes to the IFB, including the attachment of Bidder Questions and CDCR Responses. The services are expected to be provided statewide, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and are intended to reduce the likelihood of serious post-trauma stress reactions and promote worksite wellness for CDCR employees and eligible family members impacted by traumatic events or critical incidents.

The IFB does not provide advance review of vendor documents prior to the bid opening. Bidders are instructed to refer to the IFB and Exhibit A, Scope of Work for details on the License/Permit/Certification Requirements and Contractor Responsibilities. No other information is provided regarding pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or sources.
