About this file

This is a Key Personnel Designation submittal for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the City of Austin, Texas, for the procurement of Square Steel Posts, Anchors, and Fasteners for Traffic Signs. The document establishes the framework for key personnel assignments throughout the contract term, requiring the contractor to maintain consistent staffing on the project. The City has designated Brenda Jimenez as its Contract Manager (512-974-7955, brenda.jimenez@austintexas.gov) and Tanisha Pappillion as its City Contract Administrator and Procurement Specialist (512-974-3174, Tanisha.pappillion@austintexas.gov). The traffic sign support systems procured under this contract will be utilized for installation of traffic signs throughout the City's right-of-ways.

This key personnel designation is a mandatory submittal component of the bidding process and ensures continuity of project management and communication throughout the contract's execution.
