About this file
This is an addendum issued by DHHS - DSOHF Murdoch Developmental Center for IFB 34-25041 for Landscape Lawn Maintenance Services. The addendum addresses vendor questions regarding specific maintenance requirements at multiple locations including Camp Eason, Butner Office Complex, Wright Home, and Tabbs Creek. The solicitation opening date is set for February 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM, with the addendum dated February 5, 2025.
The document clarifies maintenance frequencies and responsibilities, including lake edge maintenance three times per year at Camp Eason, bi-monthly shrubbery trimming at the Butner Office Complex, and debris removal requirements. Chemical spraying is permitted in specific areas with proper licensing, though the contractor is not responsible for pine straw or mulch installation. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor through an Agency Specific Term Contract. Additional requirements include vaccination policies detailed in Attachment J, and pricing calculations are explained using a quantity of 35 mows multiplied by the unit cost to determine extended costs.

12 SECTION 6.7
ATTACHMENTS-
ATTACHMENT A:
PRICING FORM
On the pricing sheet, there are columns that indicate Unit Cost and Extended Cost. For clarity, does this mean we take the Quantity (35) and multiply it by our cost per mow to get the Extended Cost? Example: $10(Unit Cost) x 35=$350(Extended Cost).
In the row that indicates "Total Cost Year 1 Not to exceed contract value", what should be indicated here? Do we just re-state the values of unit cost and extended cost?
Has this contract been bid before, if so, can a copy of the previous bid tabulations be made available to bidders?
The number under the Quantity column on ATTACHMENT A:
PRICING FORM shall be multiplied by the Unit Cost to obtain the Extended Cost.
Contractor must re-state the Unit Cost and Extended Cost.
To receive a copy of a previously awarded contract, your request must be submitted to:
