About this file

This document is an Attachment to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) for the inspection, maintenance, repair of grates and roll-up doors at Licensee Service Centers (LSCs) and Fine Wine & Good Spirits Stores (FWGS) located in Delaware County, Montgomery County, and the City of Philadelphia. The PLCB is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, material, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to perform these services as requested. The contract term is not specified. All bidders must register as a "Non-Merchandise" supplier in the PLCB's online Oracle Supplier Portal before submitting a bid.

The pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information are not included in this attachment. However, it does state that Pennsylvania law establishes penalties for providing false certifications, including contract termination and three-year ineligibility to bid on Commonwealth contracts.
