About this file

This is a Pricing Schedule Form for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 27-15 issued by the Columbia Association for the Lake Elkhorn East Inlet Boardwalk Replacement project in Maryland. The project involves the replacement of a boardwalk at Lake Elkhorn's East Inlet, with work anticipated to commence on January 4, 2027 and conclude by April 2, 2027, subject to adjustment based on contract execution and Notice to Proceed issuance. A critical constraint for this project is the Maryland Department of the Environment's Time-of-Year-Restrictions on construction activities affecting aquatic habitats in the Little Patuxent River stream tributary, which runs from March 1 through May 31 annually. Consequently, all in-stream work must be completed by February 28, 2027 to comply with state regulations protecting the Nontidal Stream Use Class IV Recreational Trout Waters designation.

The pricing schedule form serves as the mechanism for bidders to submit their cost proposals for the boardwalk replacement project. Bidders must provide detailed pricing information aligned with the project specifications and scope of work within the compressed timeline necessitated by environmental restrictions. The form establishes the financial basis for bid evaluation and contract award, with pricing to cover all labor, materials, equipment, and associated costs required to complete the boardwalk replacement within the specified performance period and environmental compliance requirements.
