About this file
This document appears to be an Additional Items specification sheet for a municipal landscaping project in Leesburg, involving multiple landscape maintenance and enhancement services. The project includes 400 cubic yards of Pine Bark mulch to be blown in, requiring an off-duty police officer for traffic control, an attenuator truck, and a temporary moving lane closure with restricted daytime hours. Pre-emergent herbicide must be applied before mulch installation. Additionally, the project encompasses 600 4-inch annuals with soil, bed amendments, fertilization, and fungicide treatments four times annually at a specific location (Dixie Avenue and 9th Street), as well as palm tree trimming for 250 Sabal Palm Trees and 40 Medjool/Sylvester Palm Trees, which also requires police traffic detail and an attenuator truck.
The document references an attached PDF with hourly rates for the required traffic control and moving operation (MOT) services, suggesting detailed pricing information is available in a separate document. The contact for mulch-related inquiries is james@greenscenelwg.com. No specific budget, funding sources, or contract duration are explicitly stated in this document. The specifications indicate a comprehensive approach to landscape maintenance that prioritizes traffic safety and professional landscaping standards, with specific requirements for each service component.
