About this file
This is a price sheet for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 2200 AAM1025 issued by the City of Austin for Roll Off Hauling and Grit Disposal Services. The solicitation establishes a contract for transporting, handling, and disposing of materials from Austin Water operations using City-owned 20-yard roll-off containers and one contractor-supplied 10-yard roll-off container. The pricing sheet contains three categories: Category 1 addresses monthly roll-off pickups and disposal at estimated annual quantities of 6,000 cubic yards and 500 hauls per year; Category 2 requires the contractor to furnish and maintain one 10-cubic-yard roll-off container for an estimated 60 months; and Category 3, provided for informational purposes only, covers emergency and non-scheduled services that will not be evaluated in bid scoring. Offerors must complete the pricing submittal sheet using unit prices with no more than four decimal places, with all costs including fees, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation to the Austin, Texas area. A bid of zero will be interpreted as a no-charge item, while "no bid" or blank responses may result in bid disqualification.
The City reserves the right to award a single contract based on overall low cost or multiple awards by category or line item based on criteria deemed most advantageous. All prices must be inclusive of administrative costs, overhead, per diem, and transportation expenses; contractors cannot charge separately for these items. Offerors must designate a Single Point of Contact with full authority to dispatch personnel and make decisions regarding services. The price sheet requires offerors to provide delivery terms, delivery method information, and vendor delivery company details. No set-asides are indicated in this solicitation document, and no incumbent information or funding source documentation is provided in the pricing sheet itself.
