8.4 If a price increase is requested following Agreement renewal and it has been longer than one year since the last increase, the County may entertain a request for escalation if it is in the County’s best interest.

If the price increase is granted, the price increase will be effective upon approval and will remain firm through the renewal period, or for one year, at the County’s sole discretion.
