● Factor requires project team input in weighted scoring criteria
Sustainability Evaluation Factor
Example Supplemental 1442 Pricing Sheet
1. Project teams will identify the IRA-Eligible Materials that are included in the project scope
2. Project teams will apply a weight to each individual material o Total weight for all material adds up to 100%
3. Offerors submit proposal, identify materials, and IRA Limit Commitment for each material based on GWP values o Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) must also be submitted to submit scoring o Supplier names and GWP values will be shared with the awardee
4. Spreadsheet will calculate weighted score for each material and Total Weighted Score
5. GSA will verify scoring
6. Weighted score is assigned an adjectival rating
Sustainability Evaluation Factor
(2) Offeror completes IRA Level Commitment with proposal
(1) Project team provides this weight in the RFP
(MUST EQUAL 100%)
(3) Raw Score, Weighted Score, and Total Weighted Score formulas are automatically calculated
Example
Example Scoring
Weighted Score Adjectival Rating
100 points Exceptional
90-99 points Very Good
20-89 points Acceptable
Unacceptable Unacceptable
This equates to an
ACCEPTABLE
rating
