About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs (IDVA) for a Water Operator. The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to visit the facility once a month to visually inspect all water filters in specified buildings and provide monthly monitoring reports to the IEPA as well as the facility's engineering department. The contract term is for 36 months, with the vendor required to have a valid A or B IEPA license.

The vendor must provide pricing for 12 months of service per fiscal year (FY24, FY25, FY26), including the monthly visits and reporting requirements. The RFQ specifies that the quote must be valid for 90 days, include all expenses, and that no price increases will be accepted. The agency reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel the contract up to 72 hours in advance. The vendor must adhere to COVID-19 protections as per the governor's executive orders.
