About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) for a radio advertising campaign to promote the state's new Paid Leave law that will go into effect on January 1, 2024. The campaign requires the production and airing of 15 and 30-second radio commercials, which will be played 10 times per day for 10 weeks on non-Chicago-based radio stations outside the Chicagoland area. The vendor will be responsible for producing and editing the commercials, which may be recorded in Spanish, Polish, and English. The RFQ specifies a quantity of 1 for this requirement, and vendors must submit their quotes by the due date listed in the BidBuy system.

The pricing terms indicate that all products must be new and carry a minimum 1-year warranty, and that the quote must be valid for 90 days from the date of submission. Vendors must include all expenses, such as shipping and handling, in their quoted prices, and no price increases will be accepted. The state reserves the right to reject all offers and to cancel the contract up to 72 hours in advance.
