Item Question Response
1. Considering that there is one incum-bent on the current contract, that GSA will be making multiple awards in the form of an IDIQ for the subject solicitation. Please advise.
Please refer to Section M of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
2. Section M.2 of the solicitation states:
The documentation an Offeror sub-mits demonstrating Technical Capa-bility shall not exceed four (4) pages for each of the five (5) criteria. Can you confirm that the page limit for this section is a total of 20 pages?
An Offeror’s Technical Capability submis-sion shall not exceed four (4) pages for each of the five (5) criteria. If an offeror submits the maximum four (4) pages per each of the five (5) criteria, the total num-ber of pages for the Technical Capability submission would equal 20. Only the first four pages submitted for each of the five criteria will be evaluated.
3. In addition to an electronic submis-sion, would you like a hard copy of the proposal to be mailed to you?
Please refer to Section L.4 of the Request for Proposal.
4. Can our past performance POC’s email you their questionnaires? Or would you prefer they were mailed in a sealed envelope?
Please refer to Section M.2.3 of the Re-quest for Proposal.
5. What is the page limit for section M of the RFP?
The page limitation and submission re-quirements for Section M are included in each evaluation factor section. Please re-fer to Section M of the Request for Pro-posal.
6. How can a vendor submit a proposal if they are unable to register in ITSS as a result of a pending SAM regis-tration?
The Request for Proposal Section L.4 is being updated via amendment 0002 to address ITSS submission requirements as a result of pending SAM registrations.
