GSA Solicitation: ID05120093 Program and Project Management Support
Notice to Vendors
This is a notice that GSA intends to award a service disabled veteran owned set-aside (SDVOSB) bridge contract to Technical Solutions and Consulting, Inc. for contract support to the AF ISR Directorate. The format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only posting in the pre-award phase; a written solicitation will not be issued to the general public.
The Government intends to award a sole source contract for Analysis and Program and Project Management Support Services to Tailored Solutions and Consulting, Inc., 10125 Colesville Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20901-2457
NAICS Code: 541611 Size Standard: $14 million
The Offeror shall provide a proposal IAW with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the following items:

The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is ID05120093. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-18, Effective 18 May 2012, and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c).
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 is applicable to this RFP.

This solicitation incorporates the following clause in full text:
FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.
As prescribed in 17.208(g), the following clause is included in this contract / delivery order.
Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Mar 2000)
(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within __30 days___ [insert the period of time within which the Contracting Officer may exercise the option]; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days [60 days unless a different number of days is inserted] before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.
(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.
(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 5 years.
The RFP will be released subject to the availability of funds.
52.232-18 Availability of Funds.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
Period of Performance 1 Aug 12 – 31 Oct 12.
