About this file
This document contains an Infection Control Risk Assessment checklist and details for an electrical panel replacement project at a Veterans Health Administration medical center. The project involves replacing an electrical panel in the basement near the canteen and tunnel entrance, and will require Class I precautions such as minimizing dust, blocking air vents, isolating HVAC systems, and using HEPA vacuums. The work is categorized as a Type C project with moderate to high dust levels. The project start date is October 1, 2022 and end date is October 31, 2023. The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice for project number 573-19-614 to correct electrical panelboard deficiencies at Building 1 of the Malcom Randall VAMC.
