About this file

This document is a Change Order Notice issued by the Chief Procurement Office General Services of the State of Illinois for a contract to provide Non-Fat Dry Milk for the Illinois Correctional Industries (ICI) facilities in Hill and Vandalia. Due to staffing shortages during the COVID-19 pandemic, the contract was not able to be re-procured prior to the expiration of the existing agreement. As a result, CMS is issuing a 2-month extension to the existing contract at no additional cost in order to complete the sampling process for the new procurement.

The pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, and funding sources are not specified in this Change Order Notice. The notice indicates that the change order is being issued pursuant to the requirements of the Illinois Procurement Code, which mandate the posting of such change orders that increase the contract value by more than $10,000 or extend the completion time by more than 30 days.
