About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Service Corps (IHSC) seeking potential vendors for a comprehensive medical claims processing system. The system must support medical and dental claims adjudication, processing approximately 300,000 medical claims annually, with capabilities including Medicare rate reimbursements, emergency department claim auto-approvals, pharmacy services, medical supply purchasing, and invoicing for services like ambulance transportation. Vendors are required to respond to 24 specific questions covering system functionality, automation levels, provider enrollment, claims processing, reporting capabilities, and technical integration standards.

Responses must be submitted via email to Genna Braden by August 28, 2025, at 12:00 pm CST, with a maximum 15-page submission including a cover letter containing company details, SAM registration status, and contact information. The RFI is strictly for market research purposes and does not guarantee a subsequent solicitation or contract award. Respondents are advised that all submission costs are at their own expense, and the government reserves the right to use provided information for acquisition planning and potentially seek further clarification from selected vendors.
