Ice_Machine_County_Locations.xlsx

This file is an inventory spreadsheet of ice machines located across Henry County, Georgia facilities, submitted in support of an RFP for ice machine repair and maintenance services issued by the Henry County Board of Commissioners. The inventory documents 76 ice machines distributed across fire stations, recreation facilities, parks, senior centers, and county administrative buildings throughout multiple municipalities including McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, Fairview, and Ellenwood. The machines represent various manufacturers including Manitowoc, Kool-Air, Ice-O-Matic, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, and Koolaire, with model numbers and serial numbers provided for each unit. The county seeks proposals for comprehensive preventative maintenance, cleaning, service, and replacement programs, with submissions due by 3:00 pm on February 4, 2026, through the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga.

The ice machines operate on standard 115V electrical service with the exception of two units operating at 208/230V, and utilize various refrigerants including R404A, R410A, R290, and R134A. The inventory serves as the scope baseline for potential vendors to assess maintenance requirements, equipment compatibility, and service logistics across geographically dispersed county locations. While specific pricing terms, contract duration, and renewal options are not detailed in this inventory file, the comprehensive nature of the equipment portfolio indicates a substantial maintenance contract addressing preventative care and potential replacement needs across all identified county facilities.
