Ice_Machine_County_Locations.xlsx

This is an inventory spreadsheet documenting ice machine equipment across multiple Henry County, Georgia facilities, including fire stations, recreation centers, parks, senior centers, and administrative buildings. The spreadsheet identifies 73 ice machine locations with detailed specifications for each unit, including the facility name, street address, manufacturer (primarily Manitowoc, Koolaire, Ice-O-Matic, Hoshizaki, and Scotsman), model number, serial number, voltage (predominantly 115V with some 208/230V units), and refrigerant type (404A, 410A, R134A, R290, and R314A). The ice machines are distributed across multiple municipalities within Henry County, including McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, Fairview, and Ellenwood, serving critical county operations and public facilities.

This inventory supports the Henry County Board of Commissioners' RFP 26-25 for ice machine repair and maintenance services, with proposals due by 3:00 pm on February 4, 2026, through the County's eProcurement Portal. The comprehensive equipment listing provides qualified vendors with the specific information needed to develop accurate maintenance and service proposals, including equipment specifications, quantities across facility types, and operational requirements. The contract will encompass preventative maintenance, cleaning, service, and replacement programs across all listed locations, with the contract term and renewal options to be determined upon award.
