Contractor Minimum Qualifications for Solicitation Any 'No' answers disqualify a Contractor from bidding on this Project.

Answer the following questions: YES NO

Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience on construction projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to that described in the solicitation?

Valid experience must have occurred within the last 15 years.

Do you have experience as a prime contractor with the Federal government on projects similar in scope and magnitude to this project?

Valid experience must have occurred within the last 10 years.

Contractor must have had contract directly with a Federal agency.

Do you have experience as a prime contractor on at least 2 projects similar in scope and magnitude to this project?

Valid experience must have occurred within the last 10 years.

Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy construction that included primarily cast‐in‐place structural concrete work?

Valid experience must have occurred within the last 15 years.

Do you have experience in earthwork construction?

Valid earthwork experience must have occurred within the last 15 years.

Do you have a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Viability Score of 5 or better?

1‐Best, 9‐Worst 5 or better indicates score of 5, 4, 3, 2, or 1

Do you have a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Portfolio Comparison Score of 5 or better?

1‐Best, 9‐Worst 5 or better indicates score of 5, 4, 3, 2, or 1

I certify that my answers to these questions are true and correct. If backup information is required by the Contracting Officer to further aide in determining responsibility in accordance with the general standards under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 9.104‐1, I certify I will be able to submit the information within twenty‐four (24) hours of the request.

If backup information is not provided when requested by the Contracting Officer or if backup information fails to support the answer provided, the Contractor will be found to be ineligible for award.
