This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract work in Florida Counties of Manatee and Sarasota (Wage Determination No. 2015-4547, Revision 30, effective December 3, 2025).

The wage determination covers over 200 occupation classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional services, laundry and cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. Hourly rates range from $13.54 (Store Worker I) to $48.32 (multiple skilled positions including aircraft mechanics and instructors). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, $222.00 weekly, or $962.00 monthly), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for EO 13706 compliance. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year and three weeks after five years of service, minimum eleven paid holidays annually, and hazard pay differentials of 4-8 percent for positions involving ordnance and explosives work. The determination includes special provisions for computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and uniform allowances. Contractors must submit conformance requests on Standard Form 1444 for unlisted occupations within 30 days of identifying the need.
