The HQDA Best Squad Competition – Community Event held in Washington DC on 12 October 2024 for United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) requires specialized flooring since the event takes place at the National Park Mall. Per National Park Service (NPS) guidelines specialized flooring is required to protect the grounds on which the event takes place.
