About this file

This document specifies customization requirements for custom drumheads to be supplied to the U.S. Army National Guard. The vendor must produce marching bass drums and drum covers in three sizes (26", 22", and 18") for multiple Army bands: the 88th Army Band (Lines 36, 39, 40), Battle Rhythm (Line 37), and Coyote Brass (Line 38). All drumheads must feature centered logos with approximately one-inch margins from the hoop edge to maintain placement within the "live area," with logo diameter matching line-specific specifications. Line 39 specifies a 22" drum cover with logo centered to 20", while Lines 37 and 38 require fabric covers with logos centered to 20". All products must exclude mic holes except where otherwise specified.

The vendor must coordinate with the Government point of contact post-award to ensure proper application of Army National Guard customized graphics on the drums. The vendor is required to provide proof or mockups showing size and placement on each drum for Government approval prior to production. Final graphics must be tone-on-tone (etched) or single-color print only—no full-color graphics are permitted. The Government will provide the final graphic file in the vendor's required format after award, and no production may commence until written approval is received from the Government POC. The award will be firm fixed price with no price adjustments permitted after award due to artwork or proof approval processes.
