4RFP Page 40Technical Proposal Subfactors1. Without the ability to perform an actual site visit, to avoid providing an unintentional unfair advantage to the incumbent and adequately provide potential offerors with necessary information to develop a compliant, best value proposal to the government to sustain the Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services at Eielson AFB, a list of the current contractor furnished equipment being utilized is critical information. Based on the Technical Proposal Subfactor C – Contractor-Furnished Equipment proposal requirement and subsequent acceptable/unacceptable evaluation criteria associated with this Subfactor, will the government please provide a list of current Contractor Furnished Equipment? The PWS identifies Government-Furnished Equipment and the performance requirements include workload information, which can be used to develop Contractor-Furnished Equipment requirements for this performance based contract.
