Round 1 - Question and Answers
Question 1. Technical Worksheet, Page 1, Question #2
The government is asking for a description of offeror’s capabilities for reception, staging, loading/discharge operations at the ports of embarkation and discharge throughout Poland. However, the RFP is only for the port Gdynia. Can you please advise if “ports” should actually read “port” in the singular or port of Gdynia? If not, what other ports in Poland are included in the scope of this S&RTS Contract?
Answer: Yes, it should read “PORT”
Queston 2.
Technical Worksheet, Page 1, Question #13
The government is asking for a description of the offeror’s staging space at each site. Please advise what sites are required other than space at the port in Gdynia
Answer: This means all site(s) used at the port, in some ports there may be multiple locations/areas used.
Question 3.
Section: Tabs: Summary and Gdynia Poland
Page: Tabs: Summary – Rows # 65, 71 & 73 and Gydia Poland – Rows # 261 & 262
Question: You have posted some estimated misc costs. Can you confirm if we are to leave them as is or it can be changed? If as is, will it be evaluated towards our total proposal cost? Or was it just a typo?
