Information Systems | 1.2.2 | Industry requests complete data for 2016 – 2018. The only items that should be removed from the data set would be the company names. This will permit good analysis by the industry and lead to better responses to the solicitation. | See Exhibit 1 posted 3/15 to FBO
Information Systems | 1.2.2 | What is the expectation for MilMove? | Decisions for use of the government system are still being defined. Any decisions will be updated accordingly and provided to industry.
Systems Integration | 1.2.2.1 | Will MilMove simply be the orders integration platform by which the industry will know Service Members are moving? | Decisions for use of the government system are still being defined. Any decisions will be updated accordingly and provided to industry.
Systems Integration | 1.2.2.1 | What is “pushing data” to a government managed database supposed to mean? | The Government has not made any decisions on data sourcing at this time. Any decisions will be updated accordingly and provided to industry.
Systems Integration | 1.2.2.1 | Isn’t the contractor database supposed to be available to the government? | Yes. All data associated with the contract over its lifecycle shall be available based on agreed upon query parameters for Government view or storage and to be used in whatever manner required by the Government (reference Appendix A, Transition Plan)

Systems Integration | 1.2.2.1 | What format will the data be sent? | Contractor shall provide an interface with access to all orders, fulfillment, and status data associated with the contract based on the authenticated business partner's role.
Systems Integration | 1.2.2.1 | Is there a data model for the data that USTRANSCOM would like to get the data? (Will this be a normalized database?) | No specific model has been identified.
Systems Integration | 1.2.2.1 & 1.2.8.1 | Would it be acceptable to have replicated read-only database for USTRANSCOM to extract data for status reports? | The intent is the Contractor will push the data into the Government system. Additionally, the Government will have read-only access to the Contractor's system, as needed.
Entitlement/Verification Counseling | 1.2.4.2 | How will the government provide contracting officer representatives to answer questions from the contractor that are legally binding? | The Contracting Officer will delegate authority to CORs IAW statutory regulations. Questions and issues outside of the CORs delegated authority will be handled by the Contracting Officer.
