About this file
This document is a Small Business Participation Commitment template required for the solicitation HTC711-19-R-R004 for Household Goods Relocation Services. The solicitation is being conducted by the United States Transportation Command as a market research survey to identify small business capabilities for meeting requirements. Respondents must provide company information and propose the level and dollar value of small business participation as a prime contractor or subcontractor. If selected as a prime, the contractor must include subcontracting commitments and names of small businesses in their subcontracting plan. The template requires respondents to identify specific small businesses by name, business size, products/services offered, and type and value of commitment. No response or award dates were provided, indicating this may just be a template or capability statement with further solicitation to follow.
