Question #1 Reference Answer Scope of work states Project managers for MOTSU and MOTCO need to be onsite Section 4, Page 1, Paragraph 2/3 Yes.

Question #2 Reference Answer Page 2 second paragraph states Project managers must be on site during ship Section 4, Page 2, Paragraph 3 Scheduled Maintenance Item 0002 loading at all three locations.

Should this standby cost be included in the Scheduled maintenance Item 002 or will this be billed based on rates in CLIN 0003?

Question #3 Reference Answer

Do ship operations differ from normal hours of operations listed on page 21, Ship operations can occur at normal and outside of normal hours. Use 300 hours per year as the rough estimate for ship operations outside of normal hours.

Repair of painted surfaces is listed under Scheduled and Preventative Section 5.31, Page 4, Paragraph f

Due to the nature of scheduled maintenance to inspect for corrosion and Non-Destructive Inspections (NDI) as required, this requirement shall remain in the scheduled and preventative. The larger repaint evaluation and pricing shall be treated as unscheduled maintenance .
