USTRANSCOM
Multimodal-02 Industry Engagement Day
USTRANSCOM will host an Industry Engagement Day for the Multimodal-02 acquisition on 17 December 2014 at Scott AFB, IL (building 1900). Individual carrier meetings will be held for potential prime contractors (CRAF/VISA carriers) and will begin at 8:00AM.
Registration Instructions:
- Potential Prime Contractors (VISA/CRAF carriers) interested in attending the Industry Day must register in Eventbrite. The registration was set-up as a private event and password protected. You can only access through this URL: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/multimodal-industry-engagement-17-dec-2014-tickets-14846744011. The password is: HTC711. Note: you may be required to use Mozilla Firefox to open this link.
- Times are on a First Come/First Serve basis.
- Your registration will include a one-on-one session with the Contracting Officers for the Multimodal-02 program. Each Company/team represented (not individual attendee) will be allowed to register for one (1), twenty-five (25) minute, one-on-one session.
- Request you coordinate with team members to determine who will reserve the event/time selection; remaining team members will not make a selection. Please note: Companies (to include Divisions/Affiliates), that register for more than one event will be removed from any events in excess of one by the USTRANSCOM event coordinator.
- Print the ticket when you complete the registration process. You will turn-in this ticket during check-in at the event.
- Note: The one-on-one session events/times you reserved will not print on the ticket. Information is available by clicking “view order” after you complete the registration or on the Registration Summary E-Mail you will receive. Recommend you print either document and bring to event for your reference.

Meeting Check-In:
Please allow adequate time prior to your meeting slot as the process for getting on Scott AFB has changed and takes time to accomplish. The process for access to TRANSCOM bldg 1900 has also changed. Representatives from TCAQ will meet you at bldg 1900 to help with the in processing prior to your scheduled meeting slot. Please arrive at least 20 min prior to scheduled meeting slot to allow time to in process into the building.
Additional Requirements Prior to Meeting:
- Names of attendees to the individual carrier meetings must be submitted to Emily Tift (emily.s.tift.civ@mail.mil) and Nikki Radake (nicole.a.radake.civ@mail.mil) via e-mail no later than 15 Dec 14 in order to facilitate a base pass.
- You must have a valid security clearance in order to access bldg 1900. Please have your security manager submit a request in JPAS to SMO: USTC-SDDC by COB 15 Dec 14. Government POC for JPAS visitor request is Deb Long (deborah.l.long26.civ@mail.mil) (618-220-7091).
- Contractors who do not have a valid security clearance and who wish to attend the meeting can be escorted into bldg 1900 by a representative from TCAQ.
- Access to bldg will require a valid photo ID (CAC for those who have a valid security clearance and have submitted a valid visitor’s request in JPAS or driver’s license for those who need escorted).
- Portable Electronic Devices (PED) are strictly prohibited in bldg 1900.
- Email Emily Tift (emily.s.tift.civ@mail.mil) and Nikki Radake (nicole.a.radake.civ@mail.mil) for directions to Scott AFB and/or bldg 1900.
