Primary Actor: Grandma
Scope: install in-ground pool
Level Summary
In order to entertain the grand kids during the summer Grandma wants an in ground pool.
In order to properly complete the installation of the pool, she will solicit bids and sign contracts with the following: a survey company, a landscape architect, a pool installation company, a fence company, a landscaping company, a sod company and an irrigation company. Although the different companies will talk to each other during the process Grandma is acting as her own general contractor and will direct the work as needed. She wants the pool installed by Labor Day. Today is Memorial Day.
Fully Dressed Use Case
Primary Actor: Grandma Goal in Context: Enhance the entertainment capability of Grandma House.
Scope: Install an in-ground pool in the backyard

Grandma: owner wants to put in a pool

Golf Course Staff: have to approve the pool plans.
County planning board: approved plans.

Sub contractors of the pool installation company: Concrete Company, Water Delivery Company, Swim Jets Company, Pool Company Landscaping subcontractors: Concrete Block Company, plant nursery, landscape Rock Company.
Precondition: Backyard with buried lawn irrigation systems and fiber optic cables.
Minimal Guarantee: Pool can be fully installed for use in 14 days after start date
Success Guarantee: Pool complete and be used by Labor Day (Today is Memorial Day).
Trigger: sign contract for pool installation
