13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. gen_id: The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Enterprise Architecture (EA) consists of a set of interrelated "reference models" designated to facilitate cross domain analysis and the identification of duplicate investments, gaps and opportunities for collaboration within and within the JDDE. These reference models are based on the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) and the DoD Architecture Framework(DoDAF). This contract will influence the JDDE by using the EA to improve enterprise business processes and implement the CSV. Specifically, USTRANSCOM seeks to improve deployment, distribution and sustainment functions by utilizing IT applications and infrastructure.

508 Scott Drive Scott AFB, IL 62225 guidance: 1. Contractor shall ensure all security requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are accomplished.

2. Compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) is required.

3. UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY information may be accessed. U//FOUO information will be safeguarded IAW DoD Manual 5200.01, Volume 4. U//FOUO information will not be discarded in trash or recycle bins.

4. The USTRANSCOM Security classification guide ( USTRANSCOM Instruction 31-02, Security Classification Guide, 14 February 2012) required during performance of this contract will be provided under separate cover by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

5. Only those contractor employees that have received derivative classification training IAW DoD Manual 5200.01, volume 1, enclosure 4 within the past two years are authorized to derivatively classify information. Contractor employees that have not received derivative classification training that are working in USTRANSCOM facilities may contact USTRANSCOM TCJ3-FP for accomplishment of the training.
